Step 1: Try us out
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started, take our free introductory class and see what we offer. Our talented coaches will tell you what we're about, walk you through the structure of a typical class, and put you through a basic ECF class to assess your fitness level and give you a taste for how much fun you'll have with us. Intro sessions can be done one on one, with a friend, or as part of a class and are scheduled by appointment.
Step 2: Get on board
If you're ready to take the plunge, take our On-Ramp course to get individualized training for the foundational movements we use in our classes. This is mandatory for new members to ensure your safety and prepare you to successfully achieve your goals. We focus on movement competency and standards, basic biomechanics, nutrition, energy pathways, indications of overtraining, and the components of a workout. Once you’ve completed the On-Ramp you can participate in any of our regular classes, where our coaches will help adapt the workouts to your specific skill level and ensure a smooth transition.
On-Ramps can have up to 2 participants and consists of 3 sessions, scheduled by appointment. Use the form to get in touch and get started!
