Drop In Class
Don't have a monthly membership but need to get a workout in? Visiting from out of town or just want a change of scenery. You have found the right spot. Elm City Fitness was founded on the idea of community involvement and a welcoming environment. Come down, introduce yourself to the coach - and get ready for an amazing workout!
Nutritional planning include an orientation assessment of your current consumption habits, strength and conditioning background and most importantly your fitness and weight loss goals. After the meeting assessment, the athlete will be lead through 3 additional conferences as well as workouts to help you meet all of your fitness and nutritional goals.
Elm City Underground
Based on Old School Training - this strength and conditioning program is a monthly membership that includes 4 individual workouts per week and gives you access to all of the equipment at Elm City Fitness. Anytime the doors are open, you have access to all of the equipment and a kick-ass program in hand. The basis of this program is derrived from infuences including strongman, body building and power-lifting.
Endurance Plans & Programming
You just picked a race or an event and now you need a program! Our on-line programming services provides individual programming for any events. Most plans include - weekly emails outline 3-5 workouts per week depending on the event. Many plans have been personally programmed for Marathon Training, Ironman Training, Ultra Running Training, and many more...
