Control your own programming and make use of the ECF facilities and equipment while the gym is open, as long as you don’t interfere with the main class.

Start your week off right with Sunday Funday, an extended workout open to everyone that combines accessible movements, ridiculous rep schemes, and pun-tastic workout titles.
