First off, I would hope all of you know that ECC takes great pride in coaching quality movement technique. We take even greater pride when our athletes display the best movement patterns both during ECC WODs and/or at throwdowns/comps. 

Hopefully, you also know our programming is not about high volume "O" lifting but this is "OPEN" season.  Be sure to familiarize yourself with the WOD, the standards, and the movement prep strategies.  Get ready to work hard, leave no doubt, and exceed your expectations.
